It is important whenever performing physical activity to be properly hydrated and nourished. If you are newer to heated classes, please arrive early and allow yourself time to acclimate to the heated space. Certain areas of the room are more heated than others so if you’re not accustomed to the heat, we suggest staying closer to the doors and hallway wall. If you feel uncomfortable during class, we highly recommend drinking some water, taking a restful pose and letting your body downregulate in the heat. Exiting the heated environment quickly can cause some to feel faint or dizzy.

Many classes begin with grounding breathwork and meditation practices, and late arrivals can disrupt the experience for everyone. For this reason, we do not offer a grace period and do not allow any late entry once the door is closed and the class has started.
We highly recommend arriving 15 minutes before class to ensure enough time for parking, check-in, and class preparation.
This policy is in place to maintain a safe and smooth experience for everyone in the studio.

Infrared heat deeply warms muscles, joints, and bones, enhancing flexibility and range of motion while promoting detoxification and weight loss through increased sweat production. Improved circulation accelerates muscle recovery, and the calming warmth reduces stress, creating a sense of calm and relaxation.
Beyond the physical benefits, infrared heat rejuvenates the skin, aids in pain relief, boosts the immune system, and balances energy levels.
With quicker warm-ups and accelerated recovery, heated yoga and pilates classes leave you feeling stronger, hotter, and happier.
